Ingredients


Makes: 12 pieces
  • 12 slices French baguette
  • 1 C (250 ml) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Poco Picante Salsa Mix, your choice
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to broil. Lay baguette slices on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll, and lightly spray with olive oil. Broil 2 minutes per side, or until golden.
  • Combine tomatoes and Salsa Mix.
  • Spoon 1 Tbsp (15 ml) onto baguette slices and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
