Ingredients
3 cups
mixed unsalted nuts, such as whole almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and pecans
2 tbsp
vegetable oil
3 tbsp
Mango Curry Dip Mix
1 tsp
sugar
12 cup
dried cranberries

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F (160° C).
  2. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  3. In a large bowl, toss nuts with oil, Mango Curry Dip Mix, and sugar until evenly mixed. Spread out on Liner.
  4. Bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted and aromatic, 12–15 minutes.
  5. Cool, then turn into a bowl and stir in cranberries. Store mix in an air-tight container at room temperature up to 5 days.
