Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 C (500 ml) Panko crumbs or coarse, dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb (450 g) large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Marinara Dipping Sauce, for dipping,optional

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Combine first 2 ingredients in a shallow dish and set aside.
  • Coat chicken with prepared Dressing. Place in crumb mixture and press to coat both sides.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a Sheet Pan lined with a Bake & Roll, or on a Crisper. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
  • Serve with Marinara Dipping Sauce, if desired.
