Ingredients


Makes: 2 C (500 ml)
  • 1 C (250 ml) hazelnuts
  • 1 C (250 ml) almonds
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) icing sugar
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) coconut oil
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt (Grinder)

Preparation


 
  • Blend hazelnuts and almonds in a food processor for 5 minutes, scraping down the sides every couple of minutes, until a loose paste forms
  • Add remaining ingredients and continue to mix until well blended.
  • Mixture will thicken if placed in the refrigerator.
