Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 pkg (10 oz/284 g) frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) whole milk
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Tzaziki Dip Mix
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Squeeze as much liquid as possible from spinach and roughly chop.
  • Beat eggs with milk until light and fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into a lightly greased 9" (23 cm) pie plate or square baking dish. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool and set for about 8 minutes. Slice and serve.
  • Tip: For a twist, try Epicure Tapenade Herbs or Epicure 3 Onion Dip Mix instead of Epicure Tzatziki Dip Mix.Dish up with a dollop of prepared Epicure Tzatziki Dip and a salad.
