Ingredients


Makes: 8 C (2 L)
  • 8 C (2 L) Vegetable Broth, prepared
  • 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves - optional
  • 10 oz (300 g) stewing beef
  • 2 C (500 ml) finely sliced (julienned) bok choy or cabbage
  • 1 C (250 ml) matchstick carrots
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Teriyaki Sauce Mix
  • 2 C (500 ml) cooked rice
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste

Preparation


 
  • In a Wok & Glass Lid, bring Vegetable Broth and kaffir lime leaves to a boil. Reduce to a gentle simmer.
  • Add beef and poach until cooked through.
  • Stir in bok choy or cabbage and carrots. Bring to a boil.
  • Add Teriyaki Seasoning and rice. Season with Pepper and serve warm.
