Ingredients


Makes: 6 servings
  • 16 oz (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 4 C (1 L) chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 C (250 ml) Chicken Broth, prepared
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) cornstarch

Preparation


 
  • Heat oil in Wok & Glass Lid. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, until golden. Remove and set on a plate.
  • Add broccoli, pepper and Asian Stir-fry Seasoning to Wok. Drizzle with a little water; cover and steam for 2 minutes, until tender-crisp. Meanwhile, stir Chicken Broth with cornstarch.
  • Return chicken to Wok and pour Broth mixture overtop. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 minute, until sauce is thick.

Serving Suggestion: Serve over steamed brown rice or noodles
