Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) butter
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
  • 2 apples, peel-on, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) prepared Epicure Salad Dressing – your choice
  • 8 C (2 L) chopped salad greens
  • 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced

Preparation


 
  • In a Fry Pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in Hot Buttered Rum.
  • When foamy, add apples. Sauté, stirring often, just until apples start to soften, 2–4 minutes. Stir in Salad Dressing, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Place salad greens in a large bowl. Add cucumber, apples, and dressing. Toss to mix. Serve immediately.
